I would like to invite you to join the California Ocean Protection Council (OPC) for a special meeting on July 24, 2008 at 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. to discuss U.S. House of Representatives’ bill Oceans Conservation, Education, and National Strategy for the 21st Century Act (H.R. 21). The Council will hear a short briefing on the contents and status of the bill and then will consider voting to support the principles of the bill.
